Flamboyant Beauty Palace is a Black-Owned salon in the Tower Shopping Center on New Bern Avenue in east Raleigh, with braiding at the centre of what it does. The braid menu runs to box braids, twist braids, Ghana braids and feed-in braids, and the wider hair list covers sew-ins, lace frontals, quick weaves and shortcuts. The salon trades on Facebook as Flamboyant African Beauty Palace. It is not only a hair shop. A barber works alongside the stylists on clean cuts, fades and beard trims; the makeup side does professional makeup, blush and facial massage; and the nail tech fits acrylic extensions, gel polish manicures, nail art and a pedicure and foot spa.
