Full-service catering out of a downtown Orlando kitchen serving corporate breakfasts, lunches and dinners, weddings, private parties, family celebrations, galas and conventions across Central Florida. Menus can be customized — dishes not listed can be requested and tailored. Chef Raul's signature dishes anchor a restaurant-caliber approach to event food and service, and the team includes a catering sales manager and an event coordinator.

Owner and chef Raul Bosch trained in New York City, starting as saucier at the Waldorf Astoria and working at Tavern on the Green, the Metropolitan Opera House at Lincoln Center and Neuman & Bogdonoff Catering before moving to Orlando, where he cooked at Bergamo's, The Villas at Grand Cypress, Disney's Swan & Dolphin, Citricos at the Grand Floridian and Coral Reef at Epcot. After 37 years in kitchens, he started his own catering company to bring five-star cuisine to a wider audience. Co-owner Michele Bosch, his wife, leads sales and marketing, drawing on a Penn State hospitality degree and a hotel career largely spent in catering, convention services and sales at the Swan and Dolphin. The company supports Orlando community organizations including AdventHealth's Gourmet Soiree, Lift Orlando and The Desire Foundation, which serves the Parramore neighborhood where the kitchen is located.
