About Freeman Family Farm & Greenhouse

A farm store and food-access program offering fresh, locally grown produce alongside education in nutrition and sustainable agriculture. Programs include Nourishing Our Neighbors, a community meal prep initiative; a Food Literacy Program covering food sourcing and sustainability; Harvest to Home, a CSA connecting families with small farmers; and Community Roots, focused on urban gardening, food sovereignty, and workforce development.
