A breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant on Montgomery Road built around French toast, including a French toast flight that lets diners sample varieties such as Cinnamon Toast Crunch, peach cobbler, old school, very berry, birthday cake, and strawberry crunch. The kitchen also turns out comfort plates like fish and grits, catfish and grits, shrimp and grits, jerk chicken and grits, and chicken and waffles. Online ordering and takeout are available, along with catering through EZCater and custom order inquiries for birthdays, holiday parties, corporate events, and weddings. Private parties and rehearsal dinners can be booked, and an early-bird Sunrise Breakfast special includes a free cup of coffee.

Executive chef and owner Kevin "Chef Maurice" Jordan started the restaurant on March 1st, 2023, wanting to create a breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot with a vacation-like feeling centered on French toast, his favorite food, alongside comfort dishes like fish and grits. The doors opened on June 10th, 2023. The owners describe the venture as a blessing and say they aim to build relationships one customer at a time.
