About Good Thangz Cookin

A family-owned soul food kitchen in Cincinnati's Wyoming neighborhood serving Southern classics made from scratch, including fried chicken, slow-simmered collard greens, mac and cheese, ribs, cornbread, yams, and peach cobbler. Dine-in and carryout are available, with delivery through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. Catering covers the full menu for family reunions, weddings, and corporate lunches across the Cincinnati area. Special events such as a Mother's Day brunch are also hosted.

Chef Allen founded the restaurant in 2022, opening his first location on Shepherd Lane with the goal of bringing good soul food to the Cincinnati community. The kitchen draws on traditional Southern recipes passed down through generations.
