About Grist House Craft Brewery

A craft brewery with taprooms in Millvale and Collier (Command), plus the Beer Crib and Beer Market. The rotating tap list spans hoppy beers, sours and lighter styles, alongside cocktails and weekly can releases. Both locations offer indoor and outdoor seating, are family- and dog-friendly, and host events and private bookings. Beer and merchandise can be ordered online for pickup, with merch shipped nationwide.

Co-owners and brothers-in-law Brian Eaton and Kyle Mientkiewicz, both raised in Western Pennsylvania, moved to Pittsburgh in 2010 and started homebrewing together on weekends. After extensive experimenting and taste testing, and with support from friends and family, they left their day jobs to open the brewery. Grist House has been family owned and operated since 2014.
