Hambleton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Political Science minor from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2009 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore Law School in 2013, and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in December 2013. She clerked at an Easton-based firm during her studies and worked there as an associate attorney until opening her own practice. She lives in Talbot County with her husband and three children.
