About Harpers Hair Culture

A curl-focused salon offering curly cuts, custom color, and healthy-hair services for textures ranging from tight coils to loose waves, plus nail services. New clients start with a designated new-client service so the hair can be assessed before any color work, and appointments include product lessons and a wash-and-go routine clients can repeat at home. Products used are REF, Innersense Organics, and select AG lines. The team includes the owner, curly stylists, and a nail tech, with the Oak Creek\u2013Milwaukee location inside Florence Collective as a second site alongside the Madison salon.

Harper, the owner and lead stylist, is curly-haired and built the salon around the patience and knowledge she felt curly clients need from a stylist. Her stated mission is to create a "Hair Culture" that gives back to the community, supports local business owners, stays eco-conscious, and educates both clients and other stylists working with curls. Her favorite service is an HHC curly cut on tight-curl clients.
