The team offers an easy-out clause, allowing clients to withdraw rather than be bound by a six-month listing or buyer loyalty agreement.
John and Kristi Horton began their real estate careers in 2004 at RE/MAX Services in Evansville, drawing on backgrounds in sales, marketing, business, management, and entrepreneurship. After five years there they moved to ERA First Advantage Realty in Newburgh, and later to Keller Williams, where they expanded their systems and reach across southwestern Indiana. In May 2026 the team joined My Agents Realty, a brokerage built around technology and agent support. The team now includes John and Kristi Horton, Kristi Raben, Matthew Parker, Chandler McBride, and Lisa Rueger.
