About Knight's Collision & Auto Center Inc.
Collision repair and auto care for the Tri-State area, including automotive painting, frame repair, high speed balancing and alignment, and detailing. Repairs use new OEM parts and follow manufacturer recommendations rather than insurer cost guidelines, and all collision work carries a warranty for as long as the client owns the vehicle. The shop is not a direct repair partner of any insurance company and instead acts as the customer's designated representative in negotiating claim settlements. Free estimates are offered.
The Brooklyn-based shop has served New York City since 1948, growing, relocating and changing owners over the decades. President Sean Cusick joined in 1988 handling front office functions and building the sales and customer care systems still in use, later designing the workflow that integrates production, accounting, QC and HR. He assumed control of the company in 2013.
