A lakeside bar and grill on Lake Oconee serving smash burgers, fried seafood baskets, tacos and Southern staples — shrimp and catfish baskets with hushpuppies, po'boys with remoulade, buffalo wings, flash-fried Brussels sprouts with garlic aioli and house-made roasted red pepper hummus. The bar runs signature cocktails such as a smokey oak-infused old fashioned, pineapple jalapeño margarita and Oconee mule, alongside draft and canned beers, seltzers and a wine list spanning California cabernets, Argentine malbec and prosecco. There are vegetarian options including a black bean patty burger, plus rotating daily pie specials, churro pretzels and events like live music and bingo nights.
New owners recently took over the existing restaurant and have relaunched it with a new menu and expanded hours, seven days a week. They describe their aim as continuing the restaurant's legacy while adding their own touch and strengthening ties with the Lake Oconee community.
