Broker-owners David and Linda Brassfield have worked in real estate sales full time for over 20 years, focusing on the Lake Pepin region and the Wisconsin side of the Mississippi River Valley. David taught agriculture at Pepin High School for a decade and worked in agricultural lending and appraisal and as a plastics sales engineer before entering real estate in the late 1990s; he holds degrees in Agricultural Education and Animal Science from UW-Platteville. Linda, born and raised in Pepin, taught English in the Durand and Pepin schools and spent years in administrative management at 3M in St. Paul before earning her broker's license; she handles marketing and technology for the firm. The couple established the Pepin office together and live in the Village of Pepin.
