Founded and led by CEO Carol Larson, an accountant with more than 20 years of experience in the United States who works as a Senior Accountant EA, CAA, business advisor and tax advisor specializing in pre-immigration tax planning and services to foreign investors. Larson is described as one of the few Brazilian immigrants to hold the Enrolled Agent title recognized by the IRS. She also started the Larson Institute with a group of friends and entrepreneurs, an incubator of social and educational projects providing clothing, food, and medical and dental care to families in Florida.
