Daniel Alan Hunnicutt has practiced law since 2007, beginning litigation work immediately after admission to the bar. He earned a degree in Political Science and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 2003 and a juris doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2007, where he made the Dean's list and received a CALI award for academic excellence. In 2017 he was named one of the "top ten personal injury attorneys under 40" by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, and he belongs to the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Association for Justice.
