Legacy School Apparel opened on June 11, 2005 to address a gap in the Hampton Roads school uniform market, where most retailers stocked uniforms only for the first two or three months of the school year, leaving parents without replacements after a child's growth spurt. The business is owned by Drenna and Reginald Love and is locally owned and operated.
