About Liberty Collective

An 18,000-square-foot food and entertainment complex on 3.5 acres holding five distinct restaurant concepts \u2014 Bristols, Ms. Lei Lei's, Ramundos, Rice Life and Roberto and Miguels \u2014 plus Caladesi Island coffee and breakfast bar, a handcrafted ice cream shop, and three bars including a wine and bourbon bar and a 30-tap self-pour beer wall. Entertainment includes one of the largest LED video screens in the tri-state, multiple TVs, weekly live entertainment, and private event spaces for gatherings large and small. Outdoors, The Beach offers five multifunctional sand volleyball courts along with sand soccer, dodgeball, yoga, flag football, hoop ball and pickleball, plus table tennis, cornhole and a green space. In winter the upstairs deck is enclosed for indoor golf simulator bays with lessons, leagues and virtual play on top courses.

Mike and Heather Ewers developed the complex on Lakota Lane, across from Lakota East High School, saying they built it for their neighbors because they are proud to call Liberty Township home. The Beach at Liberty Collective operates in partnership with local resident Rob Long, founder of Ohio Valley Beach Volleyball, and three-time Olympian Kerri Walsh Jennings' p1440 Foundation, offering sand volleyball training, leagues, tournaments and professional events.
