About Mac Attack GVL

Mobile catering built around mac and cheese bowls served across Greenville and surrounding areas. Each bowl is assembled from a homemade macaroni base, cheese sauce, and a range of toppings, with pairings that give the dish a twist beyond plain mac and cheese. Catering covers community gatherings, events, and corporate functions, and a separate wedding menu is offered.

Founded by co-owners Kevin Nelson and Casey Belile, who came to the business with backgrounds in catering and restaurants. They experimented with different styles of mac and cheese and settled on topped, cheesy bowls as a way to bring soul food to the Upstate. The concept grew from cooking for friends and family into catering for communities, events, and corporate functions.
