Six dining styles are offered, including plated dinners, grazing and food stations, family-style meals, and buffets, along with waitstaff, bartenders, and rentals of glassware, linens, equipment, and tents. Chef Crystal Render describes her cooking as "Reimagined Southern Elegance," a blend of Southern and Midwestern comfort classics with elevated ingredients and presentation. Corporate clients are assigned a dedicated manager as a single point of contact for drop-off deliveries.

The company has been catering events in Cincinnati since 2018 and is owned by Chef Crystal Render, a Cincinnati State College culinary arts graduate and Mortar graduate who previously owned her own restaurant. She has served as resident chef of the Morgan Angelique Show and was named an Influential Woman of Greater Cincinnati in 2022.
