Food options include gluten-free vegan toasts, black bean and sweet potato wraps, and vegan breakfast sandwiches made with Impossible sausage and Just Egg. Juice cleanse programs run from a single day up to five days, and there is a set of GLP-1 friendly smoothies built around protein and fiber with no added sugars. The menu is largely plant-based, with a small, clearly marked selection of non-plant-based add-ins such as collagen and whey prepared in a separate designated blender.

Main Squeeze Juice Co. started in Lake Charles, Louisiana, in 2017 and is headquartered in New Orleans. What began as a passion project grew into a franchised chain with locations across Louisiana, Texas, Missouri, and other states, supported by proprietary software, mobile ordering, self-order kiosks, and curbside pickup. The company has partnered with NFL punter Thomas Morstead to support its national expansion.
