About Merrybrook Baking Company

A mobile food trailer making donuts and soft pretzels from scratch in small batches, cooked on site. Donuts and pretzels are sold individually or by the half dozen and dozen, with free cinnamon sugar coating and cheese, honey mustard, or yellow mustard dipping sauces for pretzels. A rotating lineup of specialty donuts and pretzels is offered in limited quantities and announced on social media. The trailer runs a weekly route through Ashland, Mt. Hope, Kidron, Millersburg, and Wooster, and takes a limited number of private and corporate bookings for events of 400 or more people.
