Mississippi-Georgia Fried is a Black-owned soul food restaurant on Cinema Dr in the Valencia area of Santa Clarita, California, opened in 2023 by Michael Goode and his wife. Named for the states their family recipes trace back to, passed down from Goode's grandmother Mae Lee, whose own recipes date to 1930s Mississippi, the menu features fried chicken, seafood, barbecue ribs, wings, made-from-scratch mac and cheese, and soul rolls. It is known as the only soul food restaurant in the Santa Clarita Valley.
