About Morgantown Area Partnership
An umbrella organization covering four arms: a Chamber of Commerce, economic development for Monongalia County, Main Street Morgantown, and the Campus Neighborhoods Community Revitalization Corporation. Chamber membership includes ribbon cuttings, marketing resources, a business directory, a job board, Business After Hours and industry roundtables, plus professional growth programs such as the Women's Network, Leadership Monongalia and Generation Morgantown. Economic development services cover site selection and buildings databases, business retention and expansion, talent and workforce data, and community profiles for companies considering the area. The group also tracks government affairs and transportation issues, publishes voter information, and runs events including an Annual Awards Dinner and a golf tournament at Pines Country Club.
