About Moveouts2cleanouts
One call, one flat rate, for the whole turnover. The business bundles junk removal, moving help, deliveries, cleaning, handyman repairs, piano removal and yard cleanup, so a homeowner, landlord or realtor does not have to line up five vendors. Everything is quoted flat and confirmed before the crew arrives — labour, loading, disposal and the first ten miles are in the price ($1 a mile after), with no hourly billing and no hidden fees. Junk removal is priced by truck size, from a $175 pickup load to $2,480 for a 26-footer, and usable items go to local charities with the rest recycled where possible. Cleaning runs standard, deep and move-out grades by property size, with add-ons for ovens, fridges, windows, carpets and garages. The handyman list is long and individually priced — trim, drywall and ceiling patching, appliance installs, ceiling fans, locks, TV mounting, fence and cabinet repair. Upright piano removal is a speciality at $325 including full dismantle, transport, disposal and cleanup, with same-day removals until 5pm. Book two services and take 10% off, three or more and take 20%. Fully insured, same-day or next-day availability, serving Wake County and surrounding areas.
Moveouts2Cleanouts has been locally owned and operated by Ross Crawford in Fuquay-Varina and Wake County since 2007. It is a small family business built on a single premise: that nobody should have to manage five contractors to get one property ready. Rather than specialising, it deliberately bundles — junk removal, moving, cleaning, handyman work, delivery and yard cleanup under one flat rate — and markets hardest to property managers, realtors and business owners who need turnovers done fast. The crew is Ross plus operations manager Donell Davis, customer service rep Shun Crawford and handyman William Paul, and the company also runs a referral programme paying partners on every completed job.
