The firm was formed in the early 1940s by Ray Graves and Samuel Casey; Casey later left to become president of Nekoosa-Edwards Paper Co. Through the 1950s and 1960s it operated as Chambers, Nash and then Chambers, Nash & Pierce. The current Wisconsin Rapids building was constructed in 1965 and expanded in 1980 as the practice grew, and a second office in downtown Marshfield opened in 2009. Attorneys and staff are active in the Heart of Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce, the Central Wisconsin Cultural Center, and local churches and service organizations.
