Nick Motz is a Cincinnati native who attended St. Xavier High School and studied Industrial Design at the University of Cincinnati's School of Design. He began buying, remodeling and managing his own residential and commercial properties in the early 1990s, and has since worked 20 years as a real estate sales practitioner licensed in Ohio and Kentucky. The company's home, the Adenine Building, was built by Barney Kroger in 1935 as a prototype Kroger store, has housed a butcher shop, laundry, biker clubhouse and cabinet shop, was refurbished in 2007, and now runs off-grid on an on-site solar production facility.
