About NOIR BLACK CHAMBER OF COMMERCE INC.

Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc. is a 501(c)(3) economic development nonprofit serving Black communities nationally. Its Community Development Entity, certified by the Treasury's CDFI Fund, connects real estate and business projects of $5M+ in low-income census tracts to New Markets Tax Credit capital. Industry-specific Black Professionals Dining Clubs meet monthly with ten seats per event. Free online Noirbbc Clubs teach business, financial literacy and leadership to Black youth ages 9-24.

Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc. launched in Louisville, Kentucky and is now headquartered in Houston, Texas. It serves as Kentucky's only Black Chamber of Commerce.
