About Paragon Salons

A full-service salon and spa with three Cincinnati locations — Western Hills, Downtown near Fountain Square on 5th Street, and Montgomery — each offering the same complete range of services. Hair services are paired with anti-aging facials, facial therapies, enhancements, hair removal, massage and body care, and hand and foot therapies. Spa packages and gift cards are available, and appointments can be booked online. The downtown location contrasts a calm interior with the surrounding urban pace, while the northeast location features a circular staircase leading up to its spa area.

Owner Debbie Celek and her husband Steve started Paragon before they married, and the business has served the Cincinnati area since 1982. The original location sits in the hills of the west side, later joined by downtown and northeast locations. The couple now has five children.
