About Parent Enhancement Program|Jewels Royal

Parent Enhancement Program runs five coaching programs for parents, coaches and business owners. Its core offering is a six-week virtual coaching course for parents, grandparents and caregivers of children ages 0–7, with a focus on autism, developmental delays and behavior challenges, taught through nonviolent communication and emotional regulation. L.I.F.T. Academy certifies parent coaches in 12 weeks. Business Blueprint, W.I.N. Institute and Vision to Visibility handle branding, content and marketing strategy.

Jewels Royal founded the Parent Enhancement Program and serves as Executive Director. She began her journey as a teenage mother and spent over 25 years raising and supporting more than 60 children, many with autism and behavioral challenges. She built five programs under the PEP umbrella, extending from parent coaching into coach certification and brand strategy.
