Peacefully Made 101 is a Raleigh-based plant-based chef service specializing in fully vegan comfort food, prepared to order and available through the Cookin marketplace. The menu reimagines classic American and Southern comfort dishes entirely without animal products: a Peace Mac reworks the flavor of a Big Mac in plant-based form, while Chik'n Wings are made from battered and fried Gardein-brand wings tossed in sauce, and a Chikn Sandwhich features a marinated, battered oyster mushroom in place of chicken.
