Broker/owner Kevin Porter has two decades of experience as a realtor and previously worked as a school teacher and as a director of sales on a luxury development. Co-founder and realtor Ben Bouesso is originally from Gabon in central West Africa and moved to Ashland in 2018 to attend Northland College; he is fluent in French, English, and several African dialects, and came to real estate through a longstanding interest in entrepreneurship. The office team also includes assistant Alexis Ugarte, originally from Racine, and Scout, a wheaten terrier poodle mix who serves as office ambassador.
