Physical therapy clinic, Massage therapist, Women's health clinic in Louisville, KY
A cash-based physical therapy practice for active adults, athletes, and youth ages 12 and up, offering one-on-one hour-long sessions with licensed doctors of physical therapy rather than techs or aides. Services include manual therapy, integrated dry needling, movement screening, targeted exercise, recovery-focused massage therapy, and StemWave shockwave therapy for stubborn pain. Common cases involve shoulder, low back, knee, and hip pain from lifting, class-style training, sports, and golf, and the team also covers pelvic and women's health, post-operative and joint replacement recovery, and lymphedema. Providers hold certifications in SFMA, TPI golf-specific training, Integrated Dry Needling, and StemWave; the clinic does not bill insurance but provides superbills and accepts HSA/FSA, with free initial consultations.
Founded by Dr. Keyon Thompson, who earned an Exercise Science degree from the University of Louisville in 2006 and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University in 2009, with over a decade of outpatient and home health practice. He built the clinic as an alternative to rushed, shared-room PT where patients are handed off to aides. The team includes Dr. Jessica Piercy (women's health and pelvic health), Dr. Jon Beougher (board-certified orthopedic specialist and former residency faculty), Dr. Nikki Gee (orthopedic and lymphedema certified), and massage therapist Chandler Dobbs. Services are offered both in the clinic and through home visits across Louisville, Middletown, and Anchorage/Crestwood.
