About Roman House of Beauty

A full-service salon and spa working by appointment, with hair color and blonding, precision and men's cuts, hair extensions (hand-tied, K-tip, tape-in, Bellami), bridal and special-event hair and makeup, manicures and pedicures including Gel X extensions and nail art, lash lifts and extensions, facial waxing, and spray tanning. Co-owner Kelsey Grandinetti is a certified Goldwell Master Colorist and hair extension instructor who specializes in wigs and custom pieces made from human hair for clients experiencing hair loss; a private room is set aside for wig consultations and fittings. Stylists carry additional credentials from Bella Capelli Beauty Academy, Scott College of Cosmetology and other schools, with one artist having worked on the TearSheets Artistic Team and at Miami Swim Week and Pittsburgh, New York and Los Angeles Fashion Weeks. Street parking sits in front of the salon and an additional lot behind it is reached from Cove Road.

The salon was founded in 2023 by lifelong friends Kelsey Grandinetti and Taylor Clark. Kelsey trained in New York City among colorists and stylists before spending a year and a half in Pittsburgh focused on wigs and custom hair pieces. Taylor studied business and finance at Florida State University and manages the salon's finances and administration. The two put detailed attention into the space's design and into researching the products used.
