About Sal and Phil's

A seafood restaurant and bar serving royal reds, po-boys, Mississippi catfish, shrimp, Louisiana crawfish, fresh oysters, stuffed flounder, and seafood nachos. The full-service bar pours 30 taps of domestic, import, and craft beer along with specialty cocktails, wine, and a build-your-own Bloody Mary. Catering covers boxed lunches and po-boy sandwich trays, and crawfish is available in season for backyard cookouts. Outdoor dining is also offered.

Sal Todaro and his partner Phil Siezler opened the restaurant in Ridgeland in 1989. In 2013, Casey Waggener and Anthony Walker \u2014 Ridgeland locals who started at the restaurant as a busboy and a server \u2014 became co-owners alongside Todaro, their former boss. Waggener became sole owner in 2020 and kept the original name. A full-service bar with 30 taps was added after 2013.
