Jeff Schneider founded the company and incorporated it in April 1991, after years working for area companies, extensive training, and earning a degree in Heating, A/C, Refrigeration and Ventilation. The business grew over the following decades as staff joined the team. His five children now run the company in all aspects, both in the field and behind the scenes. Jeffery W. Schneider died in April 2020, and the site remembers him.
