Fred Kissinger joined his father in 1964, and the firm merged with Ralph F. Brower & Associates in 1983 and with Mark Bigatel's Associated Realty in 1993, taking its current name. Offices on North Atherton Street and South Atherton Street followed in 1994 and 1997.
