About Shelter Distilling

Shelter Distilling is a working distillery, brewery, and kitchen located in the Village at Mammoth, right at the base of the Mammoth Mountain gondola. Founded in 2016, it crafts its own spirits (gin, bourbon, agave, vodka, and whiskey) used in house cocktails, alongside fresh beer brewed on-site. The kitchen serves fresh seafood, salads, and globally inspired rolls and tostadas designed to pair with the drinks menu. Shelter has since expanded to additional locations in Colorado and Dana Point, CA.
