Joseph Sibcy founded the Sibcy Company in 1930, and his son Bob incorporated the firm in 1954. Grandson Robert N. Sibcy took over leadership in 1969 at age 25, and after acquiring the Robert A. Cline Company in 1980, Sibcy Cline, Inc. was formed with 250 agents. Rob and his wife Pamela led the company until 2019, when their daughter Robin Sheakley became President.
