Joseph Sibcy founded the Sibcy Company in 1930; his son Bob incorporated the firm in 1954, and grandson Robert N. Sibcy took over leadership in 1969 at age 25 after his father's sudden illness. Starting with one office and 15 sales associates, the company grew and acquired the Robert A. Cline Company in 1980, forming Sibcy Cline, Inc. with 250 agents. Rob and his wife Pamela led the company until 2019, when their daughter Robin Sheakley became President. The family-owned brokerage now has 19 branch offices and more than 1,000 agents and employees across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, and Southeast Indiana.
