Relaxers run from a partial at $90 through relaxer-and-condition at $110 to relaxer with trim at $115, with separate kids’ rates at $120. Colour is a real part of the book — full-head permanent, demi colour at $120, roots, gloss, colour correction, colour on dreads at $130, and a hair design and colour analysis session. Extensions cover quick weaves (short, bob and partial), full-head and basic sew-ins, extension maintenance and custom wig styling. What stands out is the treatment list: the Kerafena smoothing treatment at $180 lasting around three months, plus reconstructive, protein, detox, scalp detox with style, scalp exfoliation, hot oil and scalp massage. Buy Now, Pay Later is available on bookings from $50 to $4,000, and gift cards are sold. Open Thursday and Friday 10am–9pm and Saturday 10am–6pm; closed Sunday to Wednesday. SJ Hair Studio is Sharon’s salon, trading as Styles by Sharon and booking through GlossGenius. It is a one-stylist operation with a deliberately broad book — relaxers, colour, extensions, wigs, kids and men all served from the same chair — and an unusually deep set of scalp and reconstructive treatments for a studio this size, which points at where her interest sits: the condition of the hair under the style. The late Thursday and Friday finishes, running to 9pm, make it workable for clients who cannot get to a salon in the day.
