Snickerdoodle's Cakes is a bakery selling cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and other desserts. The signature Snickerdoodle cake is a cinnamon-flavored bundt and the most requested item. Other options include sweet potato cake, pound cakes, cake jars, munchie boxes and topped brownies. The bakery also takes custom orders for celebration cakes, small wedding cakes and wedding cupcakes.

Founder Latonia began baking after a high school home economics class, creating desserts from scratch rather than following directions. She worked as a hotel restaurant hostess and at a large financial institution before pursuing baking. In 2001, after the birth of her first son, nicknamed Snickerdoodle, the company was born.
