About Spearity

One-on-one executive coaching for owners and senior executives of businesses around $250k in revenue and up, plus speaking engagements and leadership development for whole teams. Engagements run on spearOS, an operating cadence built from the SPEAR method (set, plan, execute, analyze, realign), and start with an iOC assessment and SPEAR diagnostic to establish a baseline that is re-scored over time. Other tools include 5D strategic planning, which breaks a five-year vision into quarterly goals, and a Performance Planner used between sessions. Founder Darren Fisher limits the practice to twelve coaching clients at a time.

Darren Fisher founded Spearity after more than fifteen years coaching owners and executives, having experienced the strain of building a business firsthand. He started the company on the conviction that leaders should not have to choose between a thriving business and a good life. The SPEAR method grew out of what he observed working repeatedly with real leaders rather than from a textbook. The site reports 200+ leaders guided over 15+ years.
