Spirit of San Luis Restaurant, established in 1985, occupies the original San Luis Obispo airport terminal building, now transformed into a dining room, bar, and patio overlooking the runway. The family-owned American bar-and-grill serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including burgers, tri-tip, and fish and chips, plus a Sunday champagne brunch and nightly specials like Fish Taco Tuesday and Friday prime rib.
