Owner Stephen P. Gunby has been a CPA since 1988 after earning a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York in 1985. He spent eleven years at a large regional New Jersey accounting firm, rising to Manager, then worked as Controller for an electronics retailer and a marketing and direct mail firm before founding his own practice in 2002. The firm has since added accountants, bookkeepers, and a financial planner, with staff joining in 2016, 2022, and 2024.
