A food truck parked at Zillman Park in Bay View serving Dominican and American street food, with more than 40 menu items. Signature plates include the Dominican chimi with ground beef or slow-cooked pork leg, yaroas, premium Angus burgers such as the Bacon Crush and Jalape\u00f1o Kicker, wings with a choice of sauces, and crispy chicken. Sides run to tostones, jalape\u00f1o poppers, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks, plus desserts like a red velvet brownie. Orders can be placed online for pickup, with card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay accepted.

The idea began in 2021 and took two years of planning before the truck officially opened on July 6, 2024, without a formal launch. It is run by two people: Enmanuel Flores, born in the Dominican Republic, who cooks using family recipes and no culinary training, and Kharla Flores, born in Puerto Rico, who handles operations, numbers, and logistics. They started with no investors and no prior experience running a food business, choosing Milwaukee because Dominican street food was not available there.
