About Studio 913 Salon

A full-service hair salon on Main Street in downtown West Point offering women's, men's and children's cuts, root touch-ups and all-over color, gloss and conditioning treatments, mini, partial and full highlights, balayage, color corrections by consultation, curl sets, up-styles, and eyebrow, lip and chin waxing. Color services include a gloss, haircut and style. The three stylists bring different strengths: transformation makeovers and color corrections from Erin Covington, and customized color, blondes, balayage, updos and formal hair from Rachel Morris. The space is described as cozy and relaxing, with appointments booked by phone.

Owner and stylist Jessica Otto began her career in 2004 at Empire Beauty School, worked a year in Richmond, then returned to her hometown of West Point. After 16 years behind the chair, she opened her own salon. Stylists Erin Covington and Rachel Morris both built the bulk of their careers in Williamsburg before joining her closer to home.
