Cindy Tague concentrates on real estate and trusts and estates, while John Tague handles divorce, family law, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and estate planning. Both attorneys were admitted in New York in 1987 and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1994, and both hold Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished ratings. Consultations are free, evening and weekend meetings can be arranged, and clients are served across lower Westchester including Bronxville, Yonkers, Eastchester, Scarsdale, and Mount Vernon.

Cindy and John Tague, who are married, formed the firm in 1997 after each practicing law since 1987, and have worked from Bronxville offices since 1998. Before founding the firm, John practiced with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's broker-dealer enforcement area and with the firms Werbel McMillin and Carnelutti and Bleakley Platt & Schmidt, trying cases in both federal and state courts. Cindy earned her J.D. at Fordham while working full time for ABC Television, then negotiated talent, producer, director, and writer contracts for ABC Daytime in New York City. Both are members of the Westchester County Bar Association and have spoken at American Bar Association conventions.
