About Taste B Licious

Taste B Licious is a mobile food service and food truck in Gastonia. The truck parks regularly in the Dollar General lot on Linwood Road and travels to community events. A daily menu covers fried fish and shrimp meals, party wing snack boxes, smash burgers, slot dogs and sausage dogs with sides. Sundays bring a Soul Food menu of ribs, baked turkey wings, meat loaf, smothered chicken, pork chops, greens, yams and macaroni and cheese.

The owners spent years hoping to run their own food service business and bought one in 2021. They describe years of working hard for other people before deciding it was now or never. Main chef CJ spent years perfecting the particular taste the business is named for.
