Tehachapi Cement, LLC operates an integrated clinker and cement manufacturing plant in Tehachapi, owned by Peru's Grupo UNACEM since a 2023 acquisition from Martin Marietta Materials. The plant produces roughly one million tons annually of Type I/II/V portland cement for markets across California and the Southwest, and is one of the oldest cement facilities in the region, built by the City of Los Angeles about 117 years ago.
