About Temalpakh Farm

Temalpakh Farm is a certified-organic farm in Coachella, CA, operated by the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians; its name comes from the Cahuilla word for 'from the earth.' Across 53 acres reclaimed from a former dumping ground, the farm grows broccoli, squash, cauliflower, leafy greens, and other produce without synthetic pesticides or chemicals. It is USDA-certified organic through California Certified Organic Farmers and works to make healthy, local food accessible to the community.
