Texas Estate Plans is an assumed name of Reyna Law, PLLC, founded by attorney Josh Reyna, a seventh-generation Texan, licensed attorney, and certified mediator who spent 15 years working in the Texas Legislature advising state representatives and senators. He holds a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and a BBA in accounting from St. Edward's University. Partner and co-owner Larissa Garcia Reyna began her career as a commercial litigator handling contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty disputes, then practiced as an insurance attorney on high-exposure civil litigation before focusing on estate planning.
